Core fitness is a great class for ANY athlete looking to improve their performance. This class focuses on strengthening the core of the body. The major muscles of the core reside in the area of the abdomen and mid and lower back, and, peripherally, the hips, shoulders and legs. Lack of core strength can often result in a predisposition to injury.
Core Fitness class is designed to ages 7 through adult and is 55 minutes long.
$25 for trial class
One, 55 minute class a week for 4 weeks
Tuitions is drafted on the 25th of each month
Annual $50 membership fee is due upon enrollment!
